Not ones to turn down a launch party, we thought it only right to head to Adelaide’s newest nightclub/bar to take a glimpse, and maybe have a cheeky Champagne (or four).
The Pearl can best be described as part cocktail bar, part nightclub, and with plenty of bubbles to be had, we think that’s an excellent mix!
An elegant and dimly lit bar that was reminiscent of the glamour of the New York lifestyle, really set the scene. The real winner, though, is the booths, just close enough to the bar to ensure we weren’t too far away from scoring our next tipple and the perfect spot to have a few night starting drinks. The tasty nibbles on display were also a bonus (obviously). And didn’t stay on display for long. Hey, they were there for us to enjoy!
We were treated to a Gatsby inspired performance by the gorgeous girls from Brazilian Dance Fusion while we soaked up the buzz. And the buzz quickly turned into a full blown party, because, hello nightclub!
Once the club at the back opened we got to experience the huge dance floor, amazing DJs and a VIP booth with our very own private waitress and bottle service – a luxury not often seen in Adelaide.
We didn’t stay all night but it felt like we had partied the night away by the time we left, and we will most certainly be back for a dance and a cheeky tipple. Check out more about The Pearl in our story here.
The Pearl is located at 149 Waymouth Street, just off Light Square and is open 4pm until 5am Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
