The weather forecast for the upcoming Easter long weekend in South Australia according to Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) promises a mix of conditions across the region, from sunny skies to the possibility of light showers.
In Adelaide, Good Friday is anticipated to be sunny with temperatures ranging from a minimum of 15°C to a maximum of 29°C. Winds are expected to be east to southeasterly, gradually shifting southward during the day. It’s set to be a great day for everything from the Good Friday Laneway Party party ft Roger Sanchez in the CBD, to markets around SA alike.
Saturday may see partly cloudy conditions with a slight chance of showers later in the day. Temperatures are forecasted to range from 17°C to 31°C, with southeasterly winds in the morning shifting northeastward.
Easter Sunday is likely to bring light showers with temperatures ranging from 19°C to 28°C. Winds are predicted to vary from northeast to southeasterly, becoming southeast to southwesterly during the day. Monday’s public holiday will see temperatures cool slightly with a shower or two, topping 24°C.
Venturing outside of Adelaide, Victor Harbor is expected to experience a sunny Friday with a high of 25°C, followed by a partly cloudy Saturday with temperatures also reaching 25°C. Sunday may see a few showers, with temperatures reaching 23°C, and Monday much the same maxing out at 20°C.
In Clare, Friday is forecasted to be mostly sunny with a high of 29°C and a low of 11°C. Saturday may bring a shower or two, but temperatures are expected to remain at 29°C. Sunday could see similar conditions with showers and a slight decrease in temperature to 25°C, accompanied by a low of 17°C.
