The much-anticipated Webex Players Series will return to the scenic Willunga Golf Course this October, marking the official start of the 2025/26 season. Known for its inclusive format, the tournament brings together male and female professionals alongside elite junior amateurs, all competing for an equal share of prize money.
Set against the rolling vineyards of McLaren Vale, just a 40-minute drive from Adelaide, the four-day event will tee off on Thursday, October 24. Players from the Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia and the WPGA Tour of Australasia will battle it out for a $200,000 prize purse, with former international cricketer and media personality Greg Blewett hosting the tournament. Both entry and parking at Willunga Golf Course are free, ensuring the action is accessible to everyone.
Beyond the fairways, the region offers the perfect backdrop for a long weekend. Spectators can immerse themselves in the rich flavours of McLaren Vale, from world-class wineries and artisan food to the region’s pristine beaches. Adding to the experience, the Tournament Village will showcase a selection of local wine and produce, with food trucks and Fleurieu Peninsula caterers on site. Hospitality packages offering premium experiences are also available to purchase through Ticketek.
Families will find plenty to keep little ones entertained across the weekend, with activities including face painting, a jumping castle, mini putt and golf-inspired fun scheduled from 11am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. The tournament’s relaxed setting makes it an ideal outing for spectators of all ages.
For those who can’t make it to Willunga, the action will be broadcast live. Coverage runs from 3pm to 6pm AEDT on Saturday and Sunday, streaming on Kayo Sports and Foxtel, ensuring golf fans across Australia can be part of the excitement.
