The inaugural West Thebarton Cocktail Trail is set to take place on Saturday, October 19th, transforming the West Torrens precinct into a bustling hub of local flavours, live music, and community spirit.

This free street party, running from midday until late, is a collaborative effort between four renowned local producers: Ambra Spirits, Imperial Measures Distillery, Happenstance Distillery, and Brightstar Brewing. Each will bring their own unique twist to the trail, offering a diverse and exciting range of drinks and experiences.

For those who appreciate the art of handcrafted liqueurs and spirits, Ambra Spirits will be showcasing their theatrical cocktail experiences. Embracing the grass roots industrial vibe of Thebarton, we’re transforming our carpark into a lively hub featuring delicious food, music and our signature sour cherry spritz on special. Join us on the trail and discover why Happenstance Distillery is the little, hidden gem of West Thebby’s thriving community.’

And for those seeking a refreshing counterpoint to the spirits, Brightstar Brewing will be pouring their crisp European-style beers, and unique beer cocktails, perfect for a sunny afternoon. The trail will be a multi-sensory experience, with once-off cocktail creations, live music from a diverse lineup of talented local South Australian artists, roaming entertainment, and delicious food offerings to complement the drinks. A specially designed map will guide you from one venue to the next, inviting you to explore the area at your leisure and discover its hidden gems.

This inaugural event is set to showcase the best of the local drinks scene, while injecting some life into the area during a traditionally quiet time of year.
