Westpac’s Gail Kelly To Inspire SA Business Leaders For AIM SA

The who’s who of South Australia’s business community is awaiting a rare opportunity to hear from one of Australia’s top CEOs, Gail Kelly, when she visits Adelaide next month.

The head of the Westpac Group will be in Adelaide on Wednesday, 11 April 2012, to address the business sector on behalf of the Australian Institute of Management SA (AIM SA), the state’s largest private provider of management education and training.

Over lunch, Ms Kelly will share some of her leadership strengths and address the global shifts in banking and financial markets.

AIM SA Chief Executive Officer John Stokes says Ms Kelly has presided over a period of significant change for the Westpac Group, which is now among the world’s 20 largest banks.

“She has led Westpac through a merger with St George Bank and successfully managed the Westpac Group’s operations through the Global Financial Crisis and the current economic uncertainty,” Mr Stokes said.

“Gail Kelly has an exceptional corporate track record and we are extremely fortunate to secure this rare opportunity for her to share her insights with South Australian business leaders.”

The Executive Networking Lunch will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 12.15 – 2pm.

Seats for this exclusive event must be booked by 30 March 2012 via:
