All You Can Eat Korean BBQ for just $29.99 is back at BeWon BBQ restaurant on Hutt Street in Adelaide’s CBD. Delivering home-style, authentic Korean BBQ, the team at BeWon are wanting to give back to the community with affordable and delicious food.
Korean BBQ is a communal dining experience that is all about sharing food with friends and family. Although the BBQ involves grilling thinly sliced and marinated meat, with sides of ferments, pickles, and vegetables, it’s not the food that defines this style of dining, but the people you share it with. This philosophy is not just found at the table, but it is a wider ethos that the team at BeWon carry.
“We just want to help the community, the economy isn’t great, and lots of people are having a hard time at the moment” shares Bella from BeWon.
“Luckily, we have a great relationship with our supplier so we try to help people out, that’s why we have this deal.”
Feeling the strength of community support during and after the pandemic trying to rebuild themselves, the BeWon team felt they wanted to give back with quality food, fuelled by generosity.
“We guarantee and serve the best quality meat, its always fresh, ready for our customers,” Bella says.
Not only do the team set to give us a great KBBQ experience, they have curated a refreshing cocktail offering that reinvents classic cocktails by utilising traditional ingredients and flavours. When you’re there, try out their Earl Grey Highball and Hwayo Yuzu Tonic, two drinks that balance out the smokiness of the barbecue.
With 90 minutes to eat, and the first 60 minutes to order, this is a great place to go for your next dinner out!
“We want families and young people to come to our restaurant so they can have a good deal and good meal,” says Bella.
Although Korean BBQ is having its moment online, it is in an ancient form of dining that has been part of social gatherings and community celebrations, and BeWon is part of that history, sharing it with us in Adelaide.
