Gangnam BBQ on Gouger Street has taken Adelaide by storm with its all-you-can-eat Asian fusion menu. Now, the restaurant is making waves on TikTok for its self-rotating BBQ skewers, and while it hasn’t been officially confirmed, we think this could be Adelaide’s first-ever self-rotating BBQ experience.
At Gangnam BBQ, the concept is simple, yet smart. Diners can enjoy a variety of skewered proteins and vegetables, grilled right at their table on the self-rotating BBQ. The skewers are evenly cooked using a fast heat source, making the grilling process a breeze. Once ready, diners can dip them in a selection of spices and sauces, customising each bite to their liking.
The all-you-can-eat menu at Gangnam BBQ has a wide range of options. Diners can start with a selection of appetizers, such as crispy fried chicken, fried vegetarian dumplings, and seaweed salad. Then, get straight into the BBQ skewers, with a choice of different proteins like lamb shoulder, chicken hearts, pork loin, beef tendon balls, and more. Seafood lovers can enjoy squid, fish, prawns, crab sticks, and garlic butter scallops. And for vegetarians, there are options like sweetcorn, lettuce, enoki mushrooms, zucchini, and sweet potatoes.
The all-you-can-eat option is available for just $39.80 (or $43.80 on weekends) which is a total bargain, offering 90 minutes of unlimited grilled skewers, BBQ, drinks, and Korean cuisine. For an even more affordable experience, you can visit from Monday to Thursday when the price drops to $38.90.
With its self-rotating BBQ skewers, affordable all-you-can-eat option, and menu filled with delicious dishes, Gangnam Barbecue is the next hot-spot to check out for amazing Asian food in the CBD!
