Growing up with a backyard full of animals and fresh produce from the local market, he learned the ropes of cooking from a young age, even mastering the art of preparing a chicken by the age of 12.
“Sunday lunches in France were always quite the degustation: entree, main, cheese and then dessert were always on the table. We would then spend 3 to 4 hours at the table, eating and talking about everything and nothing.” Clement said.
“Any siblings rivalry or arguments didn’t matter a theses times as everyone wanted to be at the dinner table.”
