We’ve found a no-bake slice that uses Violet Crumble’s new flavour creation

Robern Menz have introduced their latest flavour creation, Caramel Violet Crumbles, and we’ve found a super easy no-bake slice recipe you have to try.

Local legends Robern Menz have introduced their latest flavour creation.

Caramel Violet Crumbles are a devilish mix of the iconic Violet Crumble and caramel, offering a fresh take on the Aussie classic.

The new flavour features the legendary, Violet Crumble golden honeycomb covered in a new creamy caramel flavoured white choc.   

This no-bake slice recipe we found champions the new flavour combo with its caramel, white chocolate and caramelised biscuit flavour.

The recipe is super easy and we’re sure you’ll enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 125g Scotch Finger biscuits 
  • 125g Lotus Biscoff biscuits 
  • 200ml condensed milk 
  • 100g butter 
  • 1 packet Caramel Violet Crumble pieces, lightly crushed 
  • 350g white chocolate 

Method

  • Crush the biscuits in a food processor or a rolling pin until fine, then place into a mixing bowl. Melt butter and condensed milk in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Combine the biscuits, lightly crushed Caramel Violet Crumble and the condensed milk mixture until the biscuits are completely covered then place into the lamington tin.
  • Level off the mixture so it is even.   
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds to ensure the chocolate doesn’t melt.   
  • Pour the chocolate over the biscuit mixture then sprinkle with remaining Caramel Violet Crumble.   
  • Place into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to set, then slice and serve!

This recipe yields 12 slices and should take around 20 minutes to prepare, with two hours needed to chill.
