Cheese fondue, for those you who haven’t had the pleasure of being acquainted just yet, is made with a selection of melted cheese and wine. It’s literally our two favourite things in a bowl — what’s not to love?

Where can you get your hands on this stuff of dreams, you ask? The folks at Udder Delights in Hahndorf can set you up.
They created their recipe with a swiss cheese consultant a few years ago, who mentioned that in his home town, cheese fondue was served with fresh pear — so that’s what the Udder Delights team also do and it’s a perfect combo of fresh and rich.
Forget summer wine tours, Udder Delights also host winter fondue parties! Gather the gang and snuggle up in the cosy underground cellar, indulging in cheese-drenched nibbles and perhaps a local Hills cider or bubbly wine. Talk about birthday goals!
Not in the mood for fondue, but still hanging out for some melted cheese? Udder Delights have just released their new toastie, the Truffled Cheddar Toastie. This toastie is next level — we’re talking rustic bread toasted with lashings of seasoned butter, matured cheddar, truffle parmesa,n and truffle salt with some mini balsamic onions on the side.
