Announcing Bird In Hand D&B ‘Pour Les Amour’ Sparkling 2015, the latest collaboration by award winning Adelaide Hills winery Bird In Hand, designer Dan Single and international model Bambi Northwood-Blyth.
Following the success of Bird in Hand D&B ‘Pour les Amour’ Rosé 2015, the just-released Bird In Hand D&B ‘Pour Les Amour’ Sparkling 2015 is offered as part of Bird In Hand’s limited release signature range. Made from 100% Adelaide Hills grown grapes, the dry delicate style sparkling Pinot Noir, with lively acidity and clear fresh varietal characters of strawberries, cherries and red apple, is a great pre-dinner aperitif or celebratory drink to be enjoyed chilled and whilst the wine is young.
“It only felt natural after the fun of having Rosé number one to add a sister to the mix. The Sparkling has all the qualities of its sexy Rosé sister, but this lil one is a lil more cheeky, a lil more bubbly, the life of the party and always fun. Enjoyed year round to kick start a celebration,” said Dan and Bambi.
