Your guide to Adelaide events this St. Patrick’s Day

The city is coming alive for St Patrick’s Day. Here’s where to celebrate (like the Irish).

St Patrick’s Day celebrations are back this year, with a range of events across Adelaide to celebrate this Irish holiday.

Whether you’re into enjoying a pub atmosphere with constantly flowing Guiness and live music, or after a Fringe Show to immerse yourself in the Celtic music scene, there is something for everyone.

In a world premiere of her brand new show, Irish songstress Emma Hinchey is bringing the magic of Celtic music to Adelaide Fringe Festival. Previously a member of The Real Housewives Choir and Gospo Commentary, Emma is no stranger to the art of incredible melodies and delicate harmonies. Stripping back traditional favourites including Auld Lang Syne alongside modern classics from Ryan Sheridan and Sting, this an experience not to be missed.

Celtic Sounds will be at the Adelaide Irish Club, 13-15 Carrington St, Adelaide March 17 at 8pm. Tickets range from $25 – $40.
