It’s home time for RCC as they head back to where it all began: Victoria Square. And it all kicks off from today!

This year RCC has been reimagined and reprogrammed. There are 19 nights of art, sound & light to look forward to, and best of all, you only need one all-inclusive entry ticket to enjoy your night.

Every day there will be free entry from 4pm – 6pm before things really heat up.

NGAIIRE

Set time: 10:30pm – 11:30pm.

Known for her unique blend of art, fashion and music, Ngaiire is the obvious choice to open RCC 2021. Expect her trademark fusion of soul, jazz and electronica as she lights up Main Stage.

SATURDAY:
CAZEAUX O.S.L.O

Set time: 10:30pm – 11:30pm.

One half of SO.Crates, and vibe merchant, Cazeaux O.S.L.O joins RCC for the first time this Saturday, bringing with him his cosmic blend of jazz, soul and hiphop. Think De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest and good times.

CC:DISCO!

Commonly known as Australia’s First Lady of Disco, CC:DISCO! has been spreading the good gospel across dance floors with her eclectic signature disco, boogie and house sets.

TOUCH SENSITIVE (SOLO)

Touch Sensitive is the ultimate triple-threat; as a producer, in-demand live performer and DJ, he’s a treasured slashie for artists and audiences alike. A supreme slice of Slow Motion House, armed with a swaggering bassline, syncopated synthesizers and hands that
pretty much clap themselves, Touch Sensitive is set to light up the main stage again in 2021.

Headlining the 2021 program is a South Australian premiere.
 
One of Australia’s leading physical theatre companies, Stalker brings their interactive light spectacular Mountain to RCC.  

Mountain wows crowds with its innovative, physical and visual spectacle as four performers seamlessly meld acrobatics, dance and aerials to create a captivating spectacle that explores society’s increasing dependence on technology and the effect it’s having on the world and biosphere around us.

THE STABLES

TIME: 4PM-8PM, DAILY DURING RCC

In a world premiere, RCC brings you The Stables, a concept that is a collaboration with Adelaide’s own acrobatics and physical theatre company, Gravity & Other Myths

Physical practitioners of all breeds are mysterious creatures, so this year RCC has decided to give them all a home. Audiences will witness professional dancers and acrobats training alongside kid’s karate, roller derby or even fencing accompanied by a rotating program of experimental live music. No two nights will ever be the same!

TIME: ALL DAY/NIGHT DURING RCC

The centrepiece for 2021 is the inflatable installation Looped by internationally acclaimed French artist and Instagram sensation Cyril Lancelin, aka town.and.concrete

Wander through the soaring arches of this opulent inflatable sculpture created by Cyril, who is renowned for his hybrid work merging sculpture, immersive installation and virtual experiences that forge links between the physical and the fictional.

Old Flames. New favourites.

More delicious festival eats than ever before seen in Victoria Square. Chow Town will again capture the pure essence of an open-air food hall with a reimagined lineup of cuisine. Explore local vendors, feast on crowd-favourites, enjoy sundowners and chow down with some of Adelaide’s best food.
