When Mixology And Gastronomy Collide You Get An Unmissable Food Event

Love cocktails? Love food? Do we even need to ask…. Just read about this event. Trust us…

After two sold out seasons in Melbourne, Project Botanicals is heading to Adelaide for one night only with an exploration of flavours through mixology and gastronomy.

Project Botanicals is a dining experience, which pairs botanically inspired cocktails with a menu designed by MasterChef’s Gary Mehigan; The Gully will host their own ‘Bombay Botanicals’ dinner on Thursday, October 29.

The Gully’s Executive Chef Michael Brown has collaborated with celebrity mixologist and gin expert Andy Wren, to craft and pair four botanical cocktails to be served alongside dishes served in a unique degustation menu.

The menu at ‘Bombay Botanicals’ will pay tribute to hand-selected botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire gin, including coriander seeds from Morocco and bitter almonds from Spain.

Originating from Scotland, Andy has worked in London, Melbourne and Sydney, creating cocktails and mixology experiences for some of the most famous faces. His most memorable is creating a Bombay Gin Martini for Robert De Niro in Melbourne Bar 1806.
