One of the most anticipated days on the calendar (at least for those of us at Glam), World Gin Day is finally upon us and with an incredible array of local distillers on offer in South Australia, we feel that it’s only right to honour them by getting spending the day sampling their wares!

On Saturday June 11th, parties, masterclasses and tastings are popping up across Adelaide so we’ve rounded up some of the best events celebrating World Gin Day that cater to every keen ginthusiast.

Gilbert Street Gin Carnivale

On Saturday June 11th, Gilbert Place will be closed to the public and transformed into a celebration of all things gin with a street party to rival all street parties. Get ready for the Gilbert Place Gin Carnivale.

While it may be an afternoon affair, the fun doesn’t stop once the sun goes down. In fact, that’s when the party really starts. Turning into ‘Dark Party’, Gin Carnivale will morph from a vibrant daytime festival into a wickedly indulgent evening soiree.
