South Australian MasterChef star Callum Hann and Sprout Cooking School collaborative partner Themis Chryssidisare are establishing roots across Adelaide with a number of different spots to try their delicious food, and we’ve put together a mini guide of exactly where to find them!
Nestled under the shadows of a series of high rises is Eleven, a restaurant and bar born from the minds of the powerhouse duo. The food menu is game changing with lots of premium and unique dishes. Imagine a Swiss brown mushroom and Taleggio toastie, spiced lamb and Swiss chard pie handmade by the chefs, duck liver parfait, salmon Rillette, beef tartare, prawn and lobster roll, amongst others.

Barossa restaurant Lou’s place is a Mediterranean-inspired food experience focusing on seasonal, local produce with wholesome and generous dishes. The restaurant has a key focus on shared dishes with a fun vibe.

Sprout is the pair’s cooking school right here in Adelaide and is also their catering business. At Sprout, you can come and learn some quick and easy recipes that are good for the heart and soul. Sprout also offers complete event catering for occasions from weddings to social gatherings.

The spice-focused pop-up shack has a range of wok-tossed wonders. The food stall is serving up chilli crab, chilli prawn, chilli pork belly, and chilli mushroom and eggplant for the vegetarians. All of the dishes are served with an herb salad and egg noodles or rice as gluten free option, and we’re told the spice level is manageable.
