In case you haven’t heard, the Federal election is this weekend… and that means one thing: democracy sausages.
These days it’s basically written into our constitution. – voting requires a sausage sizzle (and cake stand a very welcome extra) but not all polling stations offer our beloved snags in bread, so we’ve done the hard yards for you and found the locations where you can be rewarded for playing your part in society.
There is an interactive map of where to find polling booths with food and drink available, but we’ve created a list of the locations around SA if you’re more of a reader rather than an interactive map user.
