In October 2021, Amanda Cordina and Ash Sleiman brought their culinary vision to life with Spaghetti Head. The dynamic duo recognised a distinct opportunity to enrich their community’s culinary landscape. Fuelled by a shared passion for authentic Italian cuisine, they set out to introduce locals to a new dining experience.
Spaghetti Head believes in letting fresh produce speak for itself, by making fresh, light and simplistic pasta dishes. “This is truly what Italian cuisine and pasta is about,” said Ash.
