The champagne is on ice, the roses have been delivered and the limousines are on their way as The Bachelor returns to a television near you!

There was a nationwide search to find the perfect group of Bachelorettes to whom the handsome Bachelor can offer his roses! Out of thousands, 19 were chosen because they stood out with their intelligence, beauty and humour.
Down to earth, successful entrepreneur, family man, good looking, tall, handsome… Sam Wood sounds like a total dreamboat and we are wondering how he is still single! The new Bachelor is a Tassie born, Melbourne based 34 year old who has left his job to find true love.
Sam has the ‘hard task’ of whittling the 19 beautiful and very eligible Bachelorettes down to just one. Aged between 24 and 34, these engaging women come from a wide range of professions and include a vet, a financial portfolio manager, a dietician, a filmmaker and more. Adelaide has one representative lining up for a rose this year!
Rachel, 28, a charity worker from Adelaide said that she applied for the show because, “The Bachelor Australia looks like an incredible adventure and from watching previous seasons of the show, I have seen how it opens girls up to love.”
Over a series of romantic dates and cocktail parties, these 19 ladies will be doing their best to capture Sam’s eye and win themselves a red rose.
