There’s no denying that times are tough. With Covid restrictions and density limits and now the astronomical price of petrol, you can’t be blamed for feeling like you just need a little pick-me-up. Well lucky for you the angels at Norwood Parade Precinct have arrived to answer your prayers.
Through they’re new ‘Taste of the Parade’ campaign, they’re giving away FIVE HUNDRED $25 vouchers to be spent at any of the amazing eateries that line The Norwood Parade. That’s right, you have (a pretty good) chance to score a free meal while also supporting the hardest-hit industry throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
The aim of this initiative is to get people back to the thriving heart of Norwood and to get the money flowing back into small businesses which are the backbone of our economy. The Norwood Parade Precinct Committee (who are the team funding the giveaway) also wanted to reward the community and try to bring a little sunshine into your lives in a time when things can seem a bit grey.
The Parade itself really needs no introduction and you’ll be spoilt for choice on where to spend your newfound cash. From hotels, pubs and bars to bakeries, desserts and everything in between, there really is something for even the pickiest of eaters on The Parade.
There are a few little Ts and Cs, the main one being that you need to spend a minimum of $35 in one sitting in order to redeem your voucher. Registration is now open and closes at 12 noon on March 24th. Registration is free however you must be over 18.
If you are successful in winning one of the 500 prizes, you will have until Tuesday May 1st to claim your prize.
