Rewind to the 70’s and 80’s at the Eldredge ‘Gourmet Wine Down’ on 14th May.
Dance the night away with band ‘GenX’, who will be playing all your favourite classics from the 80’s up to the 2000’s.
Kicking off at 3pm, this event will be all out disco. We’re talking teased perms, puffed shoulders, spandex leggings, velour, leg warmers and voluminous parachute pants.
Dig around in your wardrobe for your favourite 70’s or 80’s inspired look, and go in the running for a ‘Best Dressed Prize’.
There will be a wonderful array of 70’s and 80’s influenced dishes, think apricot chicken and pineapple upside down cakes.
With Eldredge Wines as the host, you know the wine will be fantastic. The event will also have beer and sangria on offer to fulfil your 70’s dreams.
Eldredge Wines’ Cellar Door opened in December 1994 after 12 months of renovating an 80 year old stone cottage in the Sevenhill Ranges.
Situated on the Spring Gully scenic drive route, Eldredge Wines has become one of the best kept secrets of the Clare Valley, due to not only its unique location but also the National and International award winning wines.
Located directly west of Sevenhill, Eldredge Wines are on the boundary of the Clare Valley at 440 metres above sea level overlooking the Blyth Plains. The vineyard rises to 530 metres at its highest point. It is a winery not to be missed if visiting the Clare Valley, with its vineyard producing high quality Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Malbec and Riesling.
Eldredge wines are produced from 100% Clare Valley fruit, the focus being to create affordable wines of premium, high quality that reflect not only character, but also that of the wonderfully unique Clare Valley.
