Wine And Dine Your Way Through The Tour Down Under

Guests will take a walk along the start line to experience the energy of the event first hand, view the start of the race from a special reserved area and see the riders go past as they wine and dine their way through the day.

Ladies of Adelaide have a chance to be amongst all the Santos Tour Down Under action without even working up a sweat but more with a sense of sparkle with Ladies Day on Tour in January 2018.

Guests will take a walk along the start line to experience the energy of the event first hand, view the start of the race from a special reserved area and see the riders go past as they wine and dine their way through the day. Enjoy cocktails and bubbles – with a few fashion secrets thrown in for good measure!

Held across two days during the race, ladies will enjoy lunch at either the Stirling Hotel or the Salopian Inn, with both days finishing at the Hilton Adelaide with drinks in the stylish Collins Bar overlooking Victoria Square and the City of Adelaide Tour Village, the beating heart of the TDU.

Guests will arrive at One Rundle Trading Co. on Wednesday morning to start the day with coffee and pastries while they explore the latest Australian and international fashion trends.
Amanda Swale, Owner, one Rundle Trading Co is thrilled to be involved for the first time with the Ladies Day on Tour event.

“The Santos Tour Down Under is an iconic international event, it is more than just a bike race but a festival that has captured the hearts and minds of all South Australians,” said Amanda Swale, “We are really excited to be involved and share fashion and fun with an amazing groups of friends all looking for a great day out on the race but an experience with a difference.”

Miss Gladys on Sea at Aldinga is also involved, with the Saturday experience with guests exploring the store’s innovative designs before making their way to McLaren Vale for the race start.

In 2018, the Santos Tour Down Under will celebrate 20 great years and travel more than 800 kilometres through Adelaide and regional South Australia. The main race will be held from 13-21 January 2018, with the Santos Women’s Tour from 11-14 January 2018.
