Showcasing South Australia’s finest wines from shiraz to syrah, pinto gris to savvy-b. Kicking off on June 29th, this exclusive two day food and wine event provides the perfect setting to toast the end of the Financial Year in style.
The program features a special series of ‘Discovery Sessions’, along with the opportunity to indulge your palate with two exquisite, four-course degustation dining events (which, by the way, also include entry to Hot 100 Winter Harvest), plus you’ll be provided with expertly paired wines.
The Hot 100 Kitchen will also be serving up hearty, winter dishes throughout the event, including slow roasted meats. The festival will be held at the heart of the city in the Adelaide Convention Centre’s new East Building, a warm and cosy spacing offering stunning Riverbank views. General admission is $49.00 p/person (including a Riedel wine glass and tastings).
Additionally, the festival features entity facility, a bar, cafe, carpark, is family friendly, a kiosk, is non-smoking, and has a restaurant. There is also access and assistance for those living with a disability, the event is EarthCheck certified, and has free wifi!
