Australia Vs Italy Vs Rhone: National Wine Centre’s New Masterclasses Are Taking You Global

The Australian National Wine Centre is hosting six masterclasses to increase wine appreciation across Adelaide.

The National Wine Centre of Australia is hosting a series of six wine masterclass sessions, which will take place from the 28 of August and run through to December.

The masterclasses are aimed at any and all lovers of wine, regardless of previous wine knowledge or experience.

So whether you’re a true wine expert, or only just starting your journey into wine knowledge, these sessions will have something for you.

Each session will focus on a different wine region and variety, and will provide participants with helpful tips to increase their appreciation for local Australian wine.

Every masterclass will be hosted by the National Wine Centre’s enthusiastic head sommelier James Boden, who is sure to deliver an engaging and interactive experience across all six sessions.

The event aims to fine-tune your tastebuds across a series of different wines, teaching your palate to differentiate between grapes grown in different regions.

Food pairing strategies will also be explored, as well as information on the history of winemaking and current industry trends.

At the end of the night, each participant will get to put their newfound knowledge to the test as they partake in a blind tasting of beautiful Australian wines.
