The 2020 Wineslinger Top 50 venues have been announced, and five are in South Australia.
Heralded as the “guru’s guide” to Australia’s best wine haunts, Wineslinger is voted on by over 100 of the country’s leading sommeliers, winemakers, hospitality heavyweights, and journalists.
The South Australia venues named include Hellbound, Leigh Street Wine Room, Mother Vine, The Salopian Inn, and the Summertown Aristologist.

Leigh Street Wine Room, The Exeter, and The Salopian Inn are new additions to the Top 50 for SA, with Hellbound and Summertown Aristologist acknowledged once again.
This year’s awards include ‘Wineslinger’ (top spot), ‘Best New Haunt’, the ‘Maverick’ (a venue pushing the boundaries of possibility), and ‘People’s Choice’ (voting open now).
Winners will be revealed on Monday 19 October via a virtual presentation.
