New Korean fried chicken spot, Wingman is opening this week, and they’re celebrating by cooking up free Korean fried chicken this Friday and Saturday only!
Launching in the heart Klemzig, this latest Korean fried chicken offering combines the delicious, crunchy and juicy traditional chicken with their handmade special sauces, like garlic honey, lemon mayo and cheese flake.
Served up with chips and pickles, this offering is sure to curb your fried chicken cravings.
Opening this Friday 26th November, Wingman will be handing out the free chicken on the 26th and 27th to anyone who shares their event post on Instagram or Facebook. Show it to them on the day, and the chicken is yours!
Fish and chips, and seafood are also a highlight of the restaraunt, with calamari, salt and pepper squid and tempura prawns gracing their menu. Salads and drinks are available to accompany their mains.
The Korean fried chicken craze has taken our city by storm, with a vast array of restaurants and pop-ups presenting their version of the much-loved deep-fried food.
The dish itself is much lighter and crispier than its American-style counterpart, with the coating presenting like an almost paper like skin that isn’t heavily battered.
Deliciously seasoned with an array of Korean-style spices, this asian style of cooking chicken has proved sought-after amongst western cultures, challenging the originally popular Kentucky fried chicken style.
Wingman will be open from this Friday, slinging their deep-fried offerings from their OG Road venue, to the delight of locals and visitors to the area alike.
