Get keen Adelaide. We’re already seeing the hot days pass and with Fringe almost on the way out, we’re in need of something else to look forward to.
Well, get July to October in mind because weekly Adelaide-Bali flights are going to be doubling with Jetstar, AND fares start at $259* one-way.
The low fares airline currently flies daily from Adelaide to Bali and from 1 July – 26 October this year it will add an extra daily return service for a total of 14 flights a week.
Alan McIntyre, Jetstar’s Executive Manager Networks, said the additional flights reflect strong demand for the destination from South Australia, particularly during the busy school holidays.
“Our extra flights will add more than 2,000 seats a week on the route and offer South Australian travellers more low fares choice than ever before to take a break in Bali over winter and into spring.
Mr McIntyre said Jetstar is already Australia’s number one carrier to Bali and the additional flights will further strengthen its leading position.
“Last year we carried close to one million travellers between Australia and the iconic Indonesian holiday spot and we’ll continue to add more services where we see demand,” Mr McIntyre said.
Over winter this year Jetstar will offer more than 90 direct flights every week to Bali from across Australia including Adelaide, Sydney, Darwin, Melbourne and Cairns.
The additional daily seasonal flight from Adelaide will depart in the morning and the return service also has a morning departure time to arrive back in Adelaide in the evening.
