THE CAST, one of Adelaide’s premier corporate bands, is bringing their spark to Adelaide Fringe with a new show – WONDERFULL.

The new show is hosted by Chloe Castledine featuring THE CAST’s 17-piece band including String Source; it will be held at the Arts Theatre from March 9 to 12.

WONDERFULL promises to bring to life the passion and sunshine of Stevie Wonder’s timeless hits. Be prepared to be enthralled as Chloe and special guests re-imagine songs by one of the most creative musical figures of the 20th century.

After delivering top notch performances across Australia, Chloe and her stellar team are overjoyed to bring WONDERFULL to SA.

“We want you to get your funk on, pop on down, bring your soul, and jazz up your Adelaide Fringe,” Chloe said.

“We can promise it will be full of wonder … How WONDERFULL!”

The show celebrates Wonder’s passion for love and community, whilst campaigning to remove the barriers of colour, language, differences and disability.

Like his music, this show will cross genres, deliver perfect melodies and interpret the genius of Stevie’s musical style…while weaving stories of his life through the hits you love.

Chloe said Stevie Wonder’s music was the love language between her and her immigrant father who couldn’t speak English very well.

“I Just Called To Say I Love You’ is like an anthem of my childhood,” Chloe said.

“Dad loved Stevie, and this cassette was always on repeat as we travelled around Adelaide in his Green Mazda in the 1980’s.

“When we drove to Glenelg for a yiros and gelati, he taught me how to sing harmonies. This ignited a life-long passion for music and was also a way for us to connect.”

THE CAST’S WONDERFULL will take place at Arts Theatre at 59 Angus St, Adelaide and will run from March 9 to 12 at 6pm.
