A new housing development is on the horizon for Modbury, situated at the intersection of Smart Road and Australia Avenue.
Dubbed ‘euca’, this development is set to unfold in two stages, presenting architecturally designed two-storey townhomes with a focus on sustainability, boasting a Silver Level accreditation for Livable Housing Design. The project has been online for around a month, with just over 50% of Stage 1 already sold.
The project is a collaboration between Centina, Kolabb, and Greenstate, in conjunction with the City of Tea Tree Gully. Set to commence this month, on-site activity, infrastructure development, and reserve works are expected to kick off, with housing construction slated for a September 2024 start.

Prospective buyers and interested parties will have the opportunity to engage with the developers through bi-monthly information sessions at the Civic Centre. Dates for these sessions will be released via the project webpage.
The ‘euca’ development promises a unique lifestyle proposition for residents. Nestled in Adelaide’s north east, these contemporary park-facing townhomes offer easy access to a myriad of amenities.
Overlooking the scenic Australia Reserve, it’s said residents will be able to enjoy tranquil views and direct park access, combining modern conveniences with a peaceful ambiance.

From transportation hubs to educational institutions, shopping centres, medical facilities, and recreational spots, residents will find everything they need within reach.
Transport options are abundant, with the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange nearby, offering easy access to buses and the O-Bahn, enabling a quick commute to the city in less than 20 minutes. Additionally, the Stop 43C Smart Road Bus Stop provides frequent services, with buses every 15 minutes.
