World-class big top show, The Circus, rolls into Adelaide this August

Following a sell-out season in Perth, The Circus is coming to Bonython Park with death-defying stunts, aerialists, clowns and more!

Australia’s iconic Big Top Act, Weber Bros Entertainment’s THE CIRCUS, will roll into Adelaide early next month for a three-week season of family entertainment and edge-of-seat thrills.

The Adelaide performances form the second leg of ‘THE CIRCUS’ nationwide 2022 tour of an adrenalin-pumping and fun-filled two-hour show that is wowing sell-out crowds in its opening one-month run in Perth.

THE CIRCUS is the creation of seventh-generation circus family, the Webers. Currently led by Marie and Harry Weber and their eight children, aged between one and 21, the family’s proud circus legacy has seen it co-present the largest touring circus in Australasia for the past 30 years.

“We like to say that when THE CIRCUS comes to town, expect the unexpected,” spokesperson Greg Hall said.

“In Perth, apart from world-class acts such as the daredevil Globe of Death, the heart-stopping Human Cannonball, the white-knuckle FMX Riders, side-splitting clowns and comedians and captivating aerialists, we also shot Series Three of the Weber family’s reality TV show, THE CIRCUS, which takes viewers behind the scenes and introduces them to all the drama and action of a touring circus.”

Series One of the show is currently screening on Hayu.

“The show is a carefully designed mix of action, glamour, comedy and death-defying stunts that are guaranteed to thrill families and audiences of all ages. And over in the west, local critics are hailing it as ‘the entertainment spectacle of the year’.

“Add to that a spectacular new family-friendly and super comfortable Big Top and everything’s there for an experience to remember.”

Show times – including children-friendly matinee performances on weekends – and ticket prices can be found on THE CIRCUS website.

THE CIRCUS will take over Bonython Park from Thurs August 11 to Sun September 4 at Bonython Park.
