Yalumba is joining forces with the group behind the local Barossa café and caterers, El Estanco, this Barossa Gourmet Weekend.
The winery is hosting an epic degustation lunch in their Cooperage which happens to be the only winery cooperage in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the few in the world.
Showcasing local and fresh Barossa produces cooked in a traditional South American way, the lunch will have five courses and will take guests on a culinary journey.
Cosily situated in the exclusive Cooperage venue, all of the food will be cooked over an open fire, which is why the event is aptly named Fire & Feast.
The intimate event will also offer guests sparkling wine on arrival as well as canapés to set the tone.
The lunch will be held on the Saturday 7 of September from 12pm to 4pm with tickets going for $178.50.
