American-style diner Yankees Burger Bar is celebrating the opening of their new Christies Beach store by giving away free burgers this weekend!
A total of $1250 worth of vouchers will be handed out this Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October to promote their new store opening this Friday.
Slinging some of the finest range of burgers with fillings including ground beef, chicken and pulled pork, along with a range of vegetarian options, the burger joint already two well-established locations in Rundle Street and at Mile End. The much-anticipated opening of their Christies Beach store has had locals hungry for the taste of their delicious, juicy burgers, with their Morphett Vale and Angle Vale locations also set to open by the end of next month.
Owner Nikunj Gandhi says the three new stores’ fit outs will make them an experience in themselves to visit. “This is set to be our most crazy fit outs, making you wonder whether you’re in a nightclub, or a burger bar,” Nikunj says. “The concept we are taking is from premises in the UK and US – we are combining these experiences and opening here”.
Their menu offers up a selection of traditional hamburgers like the classic New Yorker, and double bbq cheese, whilst also putting on a variety of premium options like their Yankee’s special and the HULK. Hot dogs, chicken wings, chips and wraps also adorn the list, providing a range of options for every taste-bud. Wash it all down with a delicious shake or beer for that all-American experience.
