Now that it’s Summer, the transition from steaming hot coffee to iced coffee has started, and we’ve stumbled upon quite the exciting discovery.
Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters have revealed their Cold Filter Cask, which is essentially 4L of cold coffee.
According to Seven Seeds, this is “like a wine cask, but better.”
The coffee roasters brew single origin coffee, then flash chill it to create the cask contents. The coffee is set to rotate from Seven Seeds’ speciality coffee catalogue.
The 4L is approximately twenty serves, and the cask has a shelf life of three months, giving you plenty of time to drink the coffee. After it’s opened, you have one month to finish it off.
