Your guide to Adelaide’s Biscoff cocktails

The cookie spread is a favourite among sweet eaters, and Biscoff is now making its way to South Australia’s cocktail scene.

Biscoff is the hottest commodity this winter, and we get it; We’re obsessed too.

The cookie spread is a favourite among sweet eaters, with many eats around Adelaide to satisfy that foodie craving, and Biscoff is now making its way to Adelaide’s cocktail scene.

Here’s our roundup of venues with cookie cocktails near the city.

Beach Hotel, Seaford

The Beach Hotel Seaford is launching a Biscoff frozen cocktail this Friday.

With crushed Biscoff cookies around the rim and vanilla vodka, it is the perfect balance between sweet and spicy with hints of cinnamon, ginger and delicate caramel undertones. This would be such a great treat for a Friday knock off!

It is $15 and available from 1pm on Friday the 13th and will be on offer until mid-September.

The suburban pub is well-known for serving up unique cocktails, with Malteser & Caramilk frozen martinis and more in their past, so we can expect great things from their new Biscoff drink.

Find The Beach Hotel on the corner of Commercial Road and Griffiths Drive, Seaford.

The Duck Inn, Coromandel Valley

Gastropub venue The Duck Inn is taking pub fayre to the next level, with two decadent dessert cocktails making a big splash at the Adelaide Hills venue, just a short drive from the CBD.

With crackling open fireplaces and plush Chesterfield sofas to sink into, you can escape the drizzly cold winter days and dive into this cosy venue, with one of their epic new Caramilk or Biscoff cocktails in hand.

For Biscoff fans the Duck’s talented bartending wizards have mixed Biscoff with vodka and butterscotch schnapps to create a silky smooth cocktail made with a choice of five milks depending on your preference – regular, skim, lactose-free, almond or soy.

Served in a biscoff crumb-covered coup glass, fans of the tasty tipple need to act fast, with the Biscoff Cocktail only on offer for the month of August, priced at $15.

Find The Duck Inn at 393 Main Road, Coromandel Valley.

Miss Perez Kitchen & Bar, Stirling

Just looking at this treat is making us sugar high!

Miss Perez Kitchen & Bar has unveiled their Biscoff Cookie Butter Martini as this month’s cocktail. Complete with a crumbed rim and an entire Lotus cookie on top, the decadent drink is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

The Adelaide Hills restaurant is well-known for their mojito tastings and Australian and multicultural eats, and I’m sure Biscoff––a Belgian product beloved by South Aussies––will be a great addition to their cocktail menu.

Find Miss Perez Kitchen & Bar at 2 Druid Avenue, Stirling.
