Your guide to Gather & Graze by CheeseFest

The event is slated to run from Saturday 7 November to Sunday 8 November at The Market Shed on Holland.


Australia’s favourite CheeseFest+FERMENT festival is back as Gather & Graze at a new temporary home, with live cooking demonstrations, chef stalls, niche bars, and delicious produce. 

The event is slated to run from Saturday 7 November to Sunday 8 November at The Market Shed on Holland.

The ticket price includes a reusable branded tote bag, Riedel glass and a complimentary glass of red, white, or prosecco from Coriole Vineyards the event Wine partner.


  • Saturday 7 November, 11 – 3pm Lunch session $45 + 4 – 9pm Evening session $50
  • Sunday 9 November, 10 – 2pm Brunch session $45 + 3 – 7pm Twilight session $45


Market Shed on Holland, 1 Holland Street, Adelaide, City.  There is plenty of public parking available in the area. Public transport can also be taken conveniently via bus or tram along King William Street. 

Demo Stage: 

The Demo stage will be live-streamed, and is set to run all session, with South Australian legends Maggie Beer and Simon Bryant.

Other highlights include female Head Chefs Karen Armstrong from the Salopian Inn and Emma McAskill from Chefs on Wheels.

Channel 7 News reporters and Nick Stock will MC the cooking sessions.

Who will be there?

Cheesemakers include Udder Delights, Woodside Cheese Wrights, La Casa del Formaggio, Second valley Dairy, Culture Shock Provisions and Kris Lloyd Artisan.

Food includes:

  • Simon Bryant on Mac and Cheese
  • Jake Kellie will be firing up the wood oven for pizza and also be serving Basque Cheesecake
  • Chef’s on Wheels with Paul Baker will be doing his beautiful handmade pasta and Emma McCaskill will be doing a delicious traditional donut Gulab Jamun with Woodside Cheese Wrights Buffalo Curd filling.
  • Maggie Beer’s delicious cheeses and food products will be on there too.
  • Burrata bar with locally made burrata by La Casa del Formaggio with local tomatoes and basil, Coriole First Harvest olive oil served with Lost Loaf baguette.

Beverages will be by Coriole Vineyards, Shaw and Smith, the Best of Wine Capitals bar, Never Never Gin, Ambra Spirits, Kangaroo Island Spirits, Logo Cider, Vale Brewing, Shingleback wines and Skull Kombucha.

Some of the COVID-safe measures taken include checking everyone’s temperature on arrival. The event is also cashless, and tickets must be purchased online.
