SAHA, meaning ‘health’ in Arabic is a brand spanking new cafe located on the 303, the Parade.
Serving all day breakfast, brunch and lunch heavily influenced by the flavours of the Middle East, we think this is going to be a hit amongst brunch goers on the Parade looking for something with a bit of a twist. SAHA has a motto of food, coffee and family, some of the best things in life!

From SAHA you can expect the usual brunch favourites like eggs on sourdough rye, bircher muesli and everyone’s favourite, smashed avo. There are also some options that you may have never seen before like Persian pancakes, full Lebanese breakfast, and ful mudammas, a slow cooked dish of fava beans with garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice served with tomato, mixed pickles and Lebanese bread. For lunch, SAHA has four salads on offer, as well as a few Middle Eastern dishes.
If you’re after a light meal, SAHA provides a mixture of small bites such as falafels, flatbread halloumi and manoushi, 9 inch pizzas with a variety of toppings. SAHA hasn’t forgotten about the little ones, with a kiddie’s menu on offer for the pickiest of eaters. SAHA has a strong focus on gluten free, vegetarian and vegan foods, making sure that there’s a dish for everyone!
