South Australia’s Zephyr Quartet will team up with the excitingly unpredictable visual/performance artist Jo Kerlogue to present MICROmacro, a new music & live improvised visual art performance -guaranteed to get audiences thinking when it hits the 2012 Adelaide Fringe arts festival!

Over 50 gripping minutes, audiences will be taken on an extraordinary and intimate journey with the artists as they craft a universe where worlds are created, destroyed and then resolved into yet another entity entirely! Expect a sensory experience for your ears and eyes!
Zephyr Quartet is a bold and adventurous string quartet, delighting in the exploration of a diverse mix of music and in forging innovative and interesting collaborations. The Quartet's passionate belief in the value of experimentation results in the presentation of carefully constructed, unique and challenging programs which have seen collaborations with visual arts, dance, poetry, theatre and musicians from other genres.
Visual artist Jo Kerlogue has been involved in many successful performance collaborations with musicians from a wide variety of genres. On rooftops, in shop windows, on TV and in cyberspace – Jo has performed her craft in any number of locations. Wherever it takes place, her thought-provoking collaborations fill any space with life and movement & and are always a visual feast.
