Curry in a Hurry | Wednesday 17 February
Join Tutor Ajita as she prepares a variety of curries for you to try. these are, the always popular Butter Chicken, Dahl Curry plus a seafood and a vegetarian curry. This is a demonstration class where students will watch and learn but also assist with preparation. Details can be found here.
World Rose Challenge | Monday 22 February
A lot of us like wine but we might not necessarily know what to look for but if we go to the World Rose Challenge we will! this course will feature rose’s from all around the world. once you’ve tasted all these wonderful wines you get to chose which one tasted best. Brewed Awakening and Hand Blend Your Own Teas with Robert Godden aka Lord Devotea | Saturday 27 February
You’ll know just about everything there is to know about tea after you come to these sessions, you can come to one, or go all in and come to both! Tea: A Brewed Awakening is the morning session.
Embark on an entertaining journey across the world of tea. You’ll brew and taste many teas, learn about processing and blending, history and lore, types, classification and grading. Participants will taste a selection of seven different teas, more info here.
Hand Blend Your Own Teas is the afternoon session. This is a hands on workshop where you’ll learn the wonders of tea and what makes a good blend of tea and then how to make your own dependent on your palate, health and mood. Details can be found here.
Vietname Cuisine – Simply Rolls | Monday 1 March
If you love cold rolls but always thought they looked too tricky to make then think again as this course will take you through cold rolls for all occasions such as tofu, shrimp and crunchy roast pork and beef, and the sauces for them and the best part? Celebrating the Olive Harvest | Saturday 17 April
Olive Oil is pretty much an essential pantry item now but when we use it do we really know what we’re looking for in terms of taste? Well this course will teach you How to taste and appreciate quality Australian extra virgin olive oils.
With Royal Adelaide Show’s Chief Olive Oil Judge, Trudie Michels at the helm, in association with Olives SA, will take you on a journey of tasting and understanding the new season medal winning extra virgin olive oils.
You will taste ten different styles of olive oils and learn how to distinguish their unique flavours, what to look for in a great olive oil and identify possible flaws. for more info on this distinctive course visit here.
