Lady Burra Brewhouse, located in the heart of the CBD in Topham Mall, has been awarded ‘Australian Brewery of the Year’ in the Melbourne International Beer Competition.
Over 20 breweries competed for the honour, with Lady Burra coming out on top.
The award ceremony was held at Melbourne’s RACV City Club where a diverse panel of judges took their tasting skills to the test to crown the best brewery in Australia.
Judges included buyers from top retail stores, distributors, and importers from Australia and the Asia Pacific Region, to ensure the beverages were tasted by the very best in the business.
The Adelaide brewery’s wide range of beers are made using only the finest ingredients and are brewed in Adelaide’s only micro-brewery.
With everything from beers infused with caramel malt sweetness to aromatic tropical fruits and spices, there is definitely a beer for every palette.
Lady Burra Brewhouse also offers a Portuguese inspired menu, encouraging a shared dining experience for consumers to socialise and bond over the scrumptious food they are devouring.
Decked out in a rustic vibe with cement flooring, moody lighting and a range of beers on full display, this is a place where Friday night knock offs are well spent.
Lady Burra is open for lunch and dinner and runs until late on Friday and Sunday for your local beer fix.
