Banner men unite because Winter is coming and Gameshow of Thrones is here

Gameshow of Thrones– is back and thank goodness it is because: A) Game Of Thrones fans are having serious withdrawals, so this gathering of likeminded Banner men united in competitiveness soothes our cravings and B) it has been so long in between seasons we need a recap of who everyone is and what’s going on before April 15th
So send a Raven to each of the seven Kingdoms and gather your Banner men for the most serious of battles to decide once and for all who will sit on the Iron Throne (and also speculate who will actually be left alive by the end of Season 8). Representing on the night reviewed were Andrew Silverwood for House Targaryen, Benjamin Maio Mackay for House Stark, Arielle Conversi for House Lannister and Jeromaia Detto pulled the short straw for House Greyjoy. Whilst each night new comedians represent the four houses you can be sure host and gamemaker Isabella Valette will be there to steer them in the direction of witty fast paced humour through multiple rounds of mini games.
If you ever wished you had gone to drama school, this is your time to shine, people! Audience participation is high and the more you get into it, the better it is. Think of it this way; Daenerys got right on in there throwing caution to the wind and it’s turned out pretty well for her (shout out to all my fellow Targaryen Banner men – that’s right we won). Dying in a spectacular manner will earn your team points as will answering questions correctly if your head of house calls upon you.
The effort that goes into this show alone makes it worth seeing. For fans, it is a must and if you have never seen Game of Thrones still go as it really doesn’t matter because either way it is highly entertaining and a lot of fun.
As the Fringe makes its way towards the finale much like season 8, do yourself a favour and go out on a high note with this show. The new timeslot of 6:45pm makes it super accessible for a weekday show and the perfect after dinner show on Friday and Saturday night. Hosted in the Phoenix room of the Masonic Lodge it is quite an upgrade from the dirt floor of last year, so hurry up: winter is coming!
