Imagine waking up to the ocean outside your bedroom, taking a morning walk along the sand and coming home to your own mineral pool, private cinema and sprawling beachfront residence.
For one lucky winner, that could become reality, with a spectacular $5 million Semaphore South Grand Prize package one of three major choices in the St John Lottery Summer 2026.
And today, South Australians can step inside the beachfront home for themselves, with a special twilight viewing from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday, October 7, including live Channel 9 Weather crosses from the property.
Sitting directly on the Esplanade at Semaphore South, the fully furnished four-bedroom residence comes with $300,000 in cash or gold.
The home has been designed around its coastal location, with expansive living and entertaining spaces, a magnesium mineral pool, private cinema, in-home lift and a master suite opening onto a balcony overlooking the ocean.
Then there is the location itself.
With the beach just outside the front door, mornings could start with a walk along the sand before returning home for a swim, while movie nights would require little more than heading into your own cinema.
The Semaphore South package is one of three choices available to the eventual Grand Prize winner.
Rather swap Adelaide for the Gold Coast? The second option is a $5 million Broadbeach Grand Prize package, featuring a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in the heart of Broadbeach, plus $510,000 in cash or gold.
The third choice skips the property altogether, with the winner able to take $4.5 million in cash or gold.

And while the Grand Prize will not be drawn until December, there is another major deadline just days away.
The $250,000 Mega Draw takes place on Wednesday, October 14, with tickets required to be purchased by 11:59pm ACST this Sunday, October 11 to be eligible.
Tickets cost $100, and anyone who buys before the deadline will also remain in the running for the remaining eligible prize draws.
Importantly, winning one prize does not remove a ticket from future eligible draws, meaning the same ticket could potentially win more than once.
There is plenty more in the prize pool too, with more than $6.5 million in prizes, more than 5,000 prizes to be won and an overall one-in-50 chance of winning a prize.
Three luxury cars will be drawn on October 21, including a Mercedes-Benz CLA 200, Lexus UX 300h and BMW 218.
On November 4, five winners will each receive a $20,000 Dream Holiday package, made up of a $15,000 Phil Hoffmann Travel voucher and $5,000 in cash or gold.
The Adventure Antics Draw follows on November 11, with three $25,000 Peter Stevens vouchers, while another winner will receive $100,000 in cash or gold on November 18.
St John Lottery Members are also in the running for an exclusive Maserati Grecale Trofeo valued at more than $214,000.
Membership is free when purchasing a ticket, with Members holding a valid ticket automatically entered into the Members-Only Draw.
Beyond the prizes, proceeds from the national lottery help support the work of St John across Australia.
St John provides first aid, health and medical services, community programs, education and emergency support, while its volunteers provide first aid at community and major events and help Australians learn lifesaving skills including CPR and the use of defibrillators.
For those keen to see exactly what a $5 million beachfront prize looks like, the Semaphore South home at 6A Esplanade will open from 4pm to 7pm today, Wednesday, October 7.
Another open home will be held on Saturday, October 10 from 10am to 2pm, with further viewing opportunities scheduled ahead of the Grand Prize draw.
The Grand Prize closes at 11:59pm ACST on Sunday, November 29, with the winner drawn on Wednesday, December 2.
But first comes the $250,000 Mega Draw.
Entries close this Sunday — meaning by next Wednesday, one ticket holder could already be $250,000 richer.
