Two-time Santos Tour Down Under winner Andre Greipel seized the day to kick start 2013 Tour Down Under campaign in spectacular fashion to win Sunday night’s 51km (30 lap) People’s Choice Classic around Adelaide’s Rymill Park.
Over 108,000 people packed out Adelaide’s East End to watch Greipel take out the opening night for the third time.
