One of Adelaide’s most sophisticated drinking spots, APOTECA, is hosting the sixth event in its champagne Sessions series, on 17 June, journeying beyond the bubbles to explore the more unusual side to champagne, suited to champagne newbies and novices alike.

With a guided tasting by Vine & Bubbles founder Sara Underdown, guests will be treated to an intimate, informal evening in APOTECA’s atmospheric function room, guided through four lesser-known champagne producers who all specialise in organic production:

La Rogerie La Grande Vie

R.Pouillon Les Terres Froides Blanc de Blanc

Leclerc Briant Bruit Rosé

Vilmart Cuvée Rubis 1Eer Cru

Due to the popularity of the event series there are a limited number of tickets available to the sixth instalment and champagne fans should act quickly to secure a spot.

The event will run from 6:30-8:30 and begin with a glass of champagne on arrival, followed by platters of delicious canapés.

Expertly prepared by APOTECA’s in-house culinary team will be confit salmon and green beans, smoked cauliflower and cheddar puffs, charred prawns with sumac and lamb shoulder with grain salad.
