COVID-19 Alert – New Locations of Concern

SA Health has identified a number of exposure locations in South Australia linked to a positive case in a truck driver from Victoria who entered SA on 11 October & 13 October. The case is now in Victoria.

SA Health has identified a number of exposure locations in South Australia linked to a positive case in a truck driver from Victoria who entered South Australia on 11 October and 13 October. The case is now in Victoria.

If you were at the below locations at the specified date and time, you must immediately quarantine for 14 days since you were at the location, ensuring you quarantine away from others, including household members. You must get tested immediately and again on day 5 and day 13 after the last day you were at the location.

TIER 2 Exposure Sites:

Keith – 24 Seven (Shell), 14 Dukes Hwy

  • Monday 11 October – 4.15am to 5.15am

Tailem Bend – OTR Motorsport Park (Truckies Lounge only), 543 Dukes Hwy

  • Monday 11 October – 3.45pm to 5.00pm

If you were at the below locations at the specified date and time, you must immediately get a COVID-19 test, quarantine until you receive a negative result, and get tested again on day 5 and day 13 after the last day you were at the location. There is no requirement to quarantine after the day 5 and 13 test, unless you have symptoms.

TIER 3 Exposure Sites:

Hallett Cove – BIG W, Hallett Cove Shopping Centre (previously listed as a Tier 2 site by SA Health – now reclassified)

  • Wednesday 13 October – 11.15am to 12.10pm (previously listed as Monday by SA Health)

Keith – 24 Seven (Shell), 14 Dukes Hwy

  • Wednesday 13 October – 8.00am to 8.25am

Tailem Bend – OTR Motorsport Park, 543 Dukes Hwy

  • Monday 11 October – 3.45pm to 5.00pm
  • Wednesday 13 October – 1.15pm to 2.15pm

If you were at any of the above locations, but not at the specified date and time, monitor yourself for symptoms and get tested as soon as symptoms develop.
