Food Lovers Rejoice As An Adelaide Fave Makes Game Changing Announcement

All you fine food and wine lovers out there, get excited…

Bottega Rotolo, famously known in foodie circles as Adelaide’s premiere fine food and wine merchant, strides further forward by developing a national supermarket distribution deal.

Its continued success is based upon anticipating changing customer demands and not only meeting but also exceeding their expectations. Plus, cheese. All of the cheese!

Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan continuously searches for the best of the world’s products that she knows her customers will appreciate. By supplying niche supermarkets across Australia, Bottega Rotolo can now bring these products to a greater number of customers Australia wide. With a reputation built upon product selection, exceptional service and education.

“We feel as though we are cementing our future business prosperity, by supplying our exclusive range to Australia’s Supermarket of the Year, Foodland” said Director, Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan.

This partnership is the direct result of Bottega Rotolo’s national wholesale distribution business that has gone through significant national growth in recent years. Observing this growth, it made sense to centralise their operation to the head office and wholesale distribution centre in Mile End.

To complement the dedicated retail arm of the business, a retail space will be developed in the Mile End warehouse. On March 24, Bottega Rotolo will close their original Norwood store, with the retail operation to focus on their award-winning store on King William Road.

Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan is justifiably proud of this store, saying, “It stands as the pinnacle of what we represent in the food marketplace. It will be there for a long time to come, especially to serve as an example of the quality that we uphold. It will remind everyone that we remain – as we always have – all about the good things in life.

While it may be the end of an era for the Norwood store, Bottega Rotolo’s future could not look brighter.

“We like to think we do with food what Apple does with their business model. We provide amazing products that once our customers try; they wonder how they could ever do without them. This is the next chapter for our business and we can’t wait to embrace our retail customers at King William Road and Mile End and furthermore share our wonderful products across Australia.” said Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan.
