The festive season is upon us, and if you’re not sure what to do for your upcoming Christmas party or function, fear not! We’ve had a chat to Santa and he’s come up with this year’s hottest Christmas parties to hit the town!

Christmas with Out in the Paddock

Hosted by events influencers Out in the Paddock, this Christmas party is set to be a night to remember as the team goes for an underground New York theme this year. Co-founder and director of events Ally Aoukar said this styling is like nothing Out in the Paddock have done before.

To be held on December 11 from 7pm, the evening will feature all-inclusive elegant drinks, a delicious three-course dinner and guaranteed fun at the Playhouse Lane venue.

Santas Wonderland

Santa’s Wonderland is not only offering family-friendly Christmas functions, but will also cater for grown-ups with a glittering menu of options.

Held in the Jubilee Pavilion of the Adelaide Showground, the elves at Santa’s Wonderland can carve out a perfect spot set amongst all the action, or they can organise a private space for a more exclusive VIP gathering, that includes a visit from Santa who’ll hand out gifts, giving the adults a chance to relax and enjoy the festivities.

Santa’s Candy Land (Saturday event SOLD OUT)

Coming to the Adelaide Convention Centre on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th of December, Santa’s Candy Land is a festive tradition spanning more than two decades.

This all-inclusive event offers an unforgettable evening of laughs, fun and festivities, including a delicious three-course dinner and full beverage package, with entertainment by Tim Campbell, along with Adelaide’s party band, The Cast and premier dance crew, Impact Entertainment.

Tickets to the Friday night event are limited, with the Saturday event already sold out!

New Romantics Christmas dinner & show

The Walkers Arms Hotel will host a two course sit-down dinner and show on Friday December 3rd. For $79pp, enjoy your delicious meal whilst being entertained by local artists, the New Romantics.

Their music will feature the best of the 80’s, so you can celebrate the festive season with a well-earned boogie with family or friends!

Christmas Wonderland High Tea

Let your little ones delight in the magic of the holiday season with The Mayfair’s Christmas Wonderland High Tea.

Be transported to a Christmas Wonderland and enjoy a gorgeous festive themed High Tea, complete with mini sweet pastries, gourmet sandwiches, savory bites and indulgent desserts.

Children can enjoy frothy hot chocolates, juices, and a signature Christmas themed mocktail, while parents can relax with a glass of G.H. Mumm Marlborough Prestige Sparkling. All children will go home with a Christmas treat.

Christmas Wonderland High Tea will run from December 13 – 17 and December 20th – 23 with 10:30am and 1:30pm seatings. Tickets are $55pp and can be purchased here.

Glen Ewin Estate

Glen Ewin will be hosting a Christmas themed menu over two days this festive season, so you can grab your mates and celebrate with a delicious shared two or three course meal.

Their restaurant is taking bookings for Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd December for that exclusively Glen Ewin lunch, with prices starting at $54 per person.

Private function space is also available for those who’d like to enjoy their meal in a more intimate setting.

The Lenzerheide High Tea Christmas Plant Workshop

If you’re after something a little classy, why not join the Lenzerheide Restaurant for their Christmas high tea and plant workshop!

Running on Friday December 3rd, the event will feature a visit from gardening guru Markus Hamence. Cost is $95 per person and includes a glass of Pol Roger on arrival, so you can celebrate the festive season in style!
