Fine jewellery, sparkling wine and sweeping city views are coming together for a glamorous new ADL Fashion Week experience, bringing three iconic South Australian names to one of Adelaide’s most recognisable rooftops.
Gerard McCabe Jewellers and 2KW are teaming up for 2KW Presents: Gerard McCabe Jewellers, an exclusive brunch celebrating jewellery, fashion, food and wine on Saturday, October 10th.
The event will bring together Gerard McCabe Jewellers, 2KW and Adelaide Hills sparkling wine producer Deviation Road for a morning designed to showcase some of South Australia’s best craftsmanship and produce.

Hosted by media personality Jade Robran, guests will move through four bespoke jewellery displays, each created around a different personality, including The Muse, The Romantic, The Siren and The Icon.
Co-Managing Director Jessica McCabe-Moran said, “Every woman has different facets to her personality, and the four collections reflect that idea. Whether guests are drawn to timeless elegance, feminine romance, bold statement pieces or remarkable high jewellery, each station explores a different expression of style and individuality, and the sparkling wines to match!”
The collections will feature everything from luminous diamonds and pearls to bright pink gemstones and striking sapphire statement pieces, with each display paired with a different Deviation Road sparkling wine.
The tastings will include the MV ‘Altair’ Sparkling Rosé, 2023 ‘Loftia’ Brut, 2022 ‘Southcote’ Blanc de Noirs and 2018 ‘Beltana’ Blanc de Blancs.
Adding to the brunch experience, 2KW Head Chef Sam Christopher has created a selection of roaming canapés designed to perfectly match with each jewellery collection and its paired wine.
Rather than admiring the jewellery from behind a glass cabinet, guests will also have the opportunity to try on selected pieces, while Gerard McCabe’s jewellery specialists share the stories behind the gemstones, designs and craftsmanship.
Deviation Road will guide guests through the wine pairings, exploring the relationship between taste, colour and emotion alongside the jewellery on display.
The concept comes as Gerard McCabe Jewellers celebrates 40 years in business. Co-Managing Director Justin McCabe said, “Jewellery is often viewed from behind a showcase, but we wanted to create an experience that was immersive, interactive and worthy of ADL Fashion Week, and what better to way to celebrate as we commemorate 40 years in business.
“ADL Fashion Week is about creativity, self-expression and exceptional design. We wanted to showcase jewellery through that lens and create something that allows people to connect with the craftsmanship and storytelling behind each piece.”

Throughout the morning, models wearing Gerard McCabe pieces will bring each jewellery personality to life, while a live DJ and the rooftop views add to the fashion-week atmosphere. Guests will also take home gift bags filled with vouchers and goodies from premium South Australian brands.
2KW General Manager Simon Adami said, “2KW is proud to host an experience that celebrates not only South Australian creativity, craftsmanship and innovation, but two iconic businesses in the Rundle Mall precinct. The combination of fashion, jewellery, hospitality and storytelling makes this a truly distinctive event and a fantastic addition to the ADL Fashion Week program.”
With five headline runways and more than 30 events across Adelaide and North Adelaide, ADL Fashion Week is returning from October 7th to 11th, celebrating South Australian fashion, creativity and design through showcases, workshops, dining experiences, shopping events and more.
