Pilates and wine – two of your favourite things are about to collide.
KX Pilates is coming to Dowie Doole on February 27 making your Sunday morning workout a little boozy.
At 10am, a KX Mat Pilates session will take place on the lawn of the Dowie Doole Tasting Pod.
After you’ve broke a little sweat and had a glorious stretch, attendees will be treated to a post workout reward.
You’ll be invited to wind down with a well-deserved complimentary glass of your favourite Dowie Doole wine and a breakfast muffin to kick start your Sunday.
Tickets for the event are $30 and includes the glass of wine and muffin.
Nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale and surrounded by vineyards, the Dowie Doole Tasting Pod offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the region year-round.
After opening in 2019 the Tasting Pods are surrounded by four shipping containers that are fitted out for a refined tasting experience.
The Dowie Doole Wines are created to capture the essence of the McLaren Vale vineyards in which they were grown.
They are within close proximity to the Gulf of St Vincent with the resulting Mediterranean-type climate bringing exceptional flavour and generosity to the grapes which you will get to enjoy on the pilates and wine morning.
KX Pilates has over 80 studios Australia-wide. The pilates and wine event is brought to you by KX Pilates Unley as they team up with the McLaren Vale winery for a workout in the vineyards.
