Calling all classic rock fanatics! Experience the best of the 60s as well as the best of the 70s in one super show called “Strawberry Dreams Forever” at Paxton Wines in McLaren Vale.
Two of Adelaide’s premier tribute shows, The Beatles Experience and The Fleetwood Mac Experience, are joining forces to put on one incredible super show on the 13th of May.
It will be set at Paxton’s Wines who are not only leaders in both organic and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking but are also known to host amazing events throughout the year.
You’ll be able to catch The Beatles Experience from 2pm and the Fleetwood Mac Experience from 4pm.
The Beatles Experience faithfully captures the music of The Beatles in an extraordinary show with tight harmonies, brilliant musicianship and some of the greatest songs ever written.
They’ll be playing all of your favourite Beatles classics from the albums ‘Please Please Me’, ‘Beatles for sale’ and ‘Rubber Soul’, right through to the later years of ‘Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’, ‘Abbey Road’ and ‘Let It Be’.
You’ll also get a taste of Adelaide’s premier Fleetwood Mac tribute band. Hailing from the McLaren Vale wine region, The MAC’ brings to you a 1970’s and 80’s California sound experience, sharing the songs and stories behind some of the greatest songs in the history of rock and roll.
The MAC deliver a high energy, sing along, foot stomping show that will have the dance-floor jumpin’ from the first note. They’ll be performing the bands classic hits across their Platinum selling studio albums onward as well as several mega hit songs from Stevie Nick’s exceptional solo career.
And on the decks DJ Simon Lee will be warming you up and keeping you warm with a curated playlist of the tastiest classic rock tunes.
While you’re there soaking up the atmosphere, you’ll be able to grab delicious eats from food trucks like Doughballs, who will be serving up wood-fired pizzas and sweet and savoury doughballs, and Chimichurri’s Argentinian Grill.
Other than wine, of course, there will also be a beer stand there from Pirate Life Brewery who are well known for their excellent range of craft beers.
Bring your rugs and chairs and set up for a great day of music, food, and beverages.
