Yang Chow will open its doors this Saturday, January 18 in the bustling food district along O’Connell Street. Combining authentic Chinese flavours with an exciting contemporary Thai fusion, Yang Chow aims to bring a unique dining experience to the vibrant Asian flavours that dominate Adelaide’s restaurant scene.
With over 30 years’ experience of cooking Asian food, owner and chef Shawn Yu is excited to bring the best of his palate to the beautifully crafted dishes served at Yang Chow. Diners can expect traditional favourites including Yu’s signature Peking Duck, Salt and Pepper Squid, Pad Thai and creamy meat and vegetable curries.
“We’re working hard to bring the best Chinese and Thai food experience we can to Adelaide’s dining scene,” Yu says. “We hope that diners will experience the passion and craft we’re putting behind the dishes that come out of our kitchen very shortly!”
Yang Chow Asian Restaurant opens on Saturday, January 18 at 53 O’Connell St, North Adelaide.
Diners who attend Yang Chow’s grand opening receive 20% on all dishes.
Opening hours are 11:30am-2:30pm for lunch and 4:30pm-late for dinner. Yang Chows is closed on Sundays.
